South Dakota Perinatal Association Scholarship

Applications must be submitted no later than August 1, 2009.  Applications received after August 1, 2009, will not be valid. 

Applications will be reviewed by the SDPA Finance Committee.  Recipients will be notified by letter, phone and/or email. 

Scholarship money will not be paid to scholarship recipient until after attending the conference.
